I'm upgrading to 4s from 4. I want everything (msgs, apps, bookmarks, camera photos ) to get transferred to my new iphone. Please tell me how to do it, so I do not loose anything.

Since yesterday I've had the problem that when I go on the preinstalled YouTube app and try and play any video the video will not load at all and keeps pausing every 2 seconds. It's absolutely nothing to do with my Internet connection because my Wi-Fi is really good and I can get onto the Internet quickly. Also anything else that requires Internet on my iPhone runs fine. Anybody have any ideas why this is happening and what I can do to solve it?

Every random point of the day, my moms, my dads, and my IPhones all beep, all of a sudden at random points, together? My iPad even beeps along with the iPhone. It's just one sort beep, but they all do it at the same time! How come?
I have an iPhone 4 which was unlocked by att through their program. They unlock a phone when it fulfilled its contract with them.either being with them two years or having paid early termination fees.
but there's something wrong with my phone.apple will give me a new iPhone for $149 but they told me it would be locked with att. Now my question is would att unlock the new phone for me?
