Why is my iphone camera doing this?

I have an iphone 4 running an early ios4 that is jailbroken but I don't see how jailbreaking has anything to do with this because its been working for like a year until now.

I was filming on a beach shore in the water (I did not drop it anywhere so it can't be water or sand)
and I minimized the camera when I was done when suddenly a big military cargo plane was flying low overhead and I wanted to record it and I very quickly opened the camera and the shutter would not open at all! I tried turning it off and on, holding home and power buttons til it turned off (hard reset?), clearing the cache but it will not open. The little switch that you slide to switch from camera to camcorder just flickers very fast and the shutter doesn't open.

How do I fix this?

Battery problem with my iphone?

I have a problem with my iphone's battery. It drains even though I've locked it. Yesterday night the battery is still 83%, today it became 73%! I've tried auto lock, and I've tried reducing by brightness. Can you help? It happens a lot… Is it just my iphone?

Will a Magic Jack (Voice-Over-IP) be compatible with a Google Nexus7 tablet?

Magic Jack (Voice-Over-Internet), inexpensive device that offers "free" phone service and attaches via USB port to desktops, laptops, iPhones, and other devices.

It's requirements are that the device has a USB port, with an operating system of 4.0 or newer. Magic Jack is compatible with Windows XP, Vista, and 7.

For people with iPhones/iPads, (tablets, etc. That don't have a USB port). They can download the Magic Jack App for free and it's supposedly compatible.

But I've just spent quite a while on "live-chat" with the Magic Jack people, asking them about the compatibility of the Magic Jack App on the Google Nexus 7 tablet. The Nexus 7 has a 4.2 OS, running 'Jellybean'. Direct competition to iPhone.

Question:

If the Magic Jack (Voice-Over-Internet) device and/or application is compatible with an iPhone or iPad. Can I safely assume it is compatible with the Google Nexus 7 tablet?

Two different computers, two different iTunes.can I use the same Apple ID?

I have iTunes on my computer that I use for my iPhone, and my mon just got an iPod Touch and wants me to fill it for her. I'm going to use her computer to do this, which currently does not have iTunes. Once I download iTunes, can I use my own Apple ID to download songs and apps onto her iPod? Is it possible to do that without disturbing what's on my phone, or do I have to make a whole new iTunes account for her?
