People say I'm not a regular teen?
It's because I don't have iphones and stuff. Also they say I'm don't dress like regular people. I don't wear shorts or short sleeves. I just mostly wear jeans and plaid shirts. They also say I'm techy and I don't have sleepovers so they think I'm weird. And they keep on asking questions like if I go to the mall like normal people do and stuff. Most people also so I'm too nerdy and I'm random. They even ask me if people say I'm nerdy. And my friends say I'm not like regular teens. Is this bad?
No, who wants to be normal/regular anyway?
There's no such thing.
Thats Is A good thing. Your diffrent but not in the bad way. Be gkad your Unique. Don't be basic. & also its not realky weird. Its Good. Just be yourself
I guess i don't know but my brothers a teen and he doesn't have a iphone but he wears shorts not pants and wheres hipster shirts he fits in fine
Exactly, how do you define normal these days?
First of all, ignore them. They are all materialistic. Find people who accept you for who you are, everyone is different. I wouldn't count them as actual friends if they're asking you these types of questions to make you feel this way about yourself. Be who you are, if you lose them, it might be for the best, you'll find new friends. Sorry if I sound harsh, but my younger cousin's "friends" pressure her to get expensive things, etc. When she's only a 10th grader and she feels she must gain their approval so she does it. I dislike how it's changed her attitude, so don't change who you are for them. If you happy with who you are, stay that way, unless you're doing something unhealthy or harmful, but I doubt that. If you're a teen I'm sure you're still figuring yourself out, I remember how that was a few years ago for myself (I'm 19 now). We're all unique and great, so don't let anyone make you question who you are.
- Why does my iPhone only work on speaker but not regular? If I receive a phone call (the ringer works) I can only hear the caller if it's on speaker. Also if I play a song (music or YouTube) it doesn't play out loud, but I see the little equalizer thinkers going.
- Why do some teen with iPhones make fun of people who don't have one? Like I would get it if you were an adult and you paid for the iPhone. But teens and kids? No! Most teens do not pay the bill for their iPhone so why should they make fun of other teens who don't have one?
- People say I'm rich but I'm not, how to make them realise I'm not? I only live in a 1.5 million dollar house and my school only costs like 8000 a term and I only have one pony. I don't even have an iPhone. My parents combined income is only about $400,000 Why do people say I'm rich? Cos I'm so not
- Is the iPhone 5 battery as bad as people say it is? I'm thinking of getting an iPhone 5 but everyone who I know has one complains about the battery life. However, those people weren't previous iPhone users so I was wondering if anyone knows from their experience that transitioning from an iPhone 4 to a 5 wouldn't make you notice the difference?
