Shocked by electrical outlet, any doctors have an opinion for me?

So about 10+ minutes ago I was plugging in my iPhone charger and I wasn't looking as I was plugging it in (I was watching my dog if it really matters) and my right hand- pointer finger- knuckle touched the open socket for several long seconds mainly bc I didn't feel it right away. But when I felt it, it hurt terribly bad. I pulled away my hand and looked at my knuckle and it was all red. I kept getting ready for bed trying to brush it off but it got worse my hand started tingling and the pain was shooting up my arm. I also had goosebumps a over my body. I went to my dad and I said that it really hurt and all he said was "I bet". Lol. Now my whole arm is in pain and feeling very heavy like and tingling. It does not feel very good and it's hard to describe the pain. My knuckle is also still in pain and the area around it. I know it's probably nothing to worry about but if it continues say in the morning (which it will most likely be gone) should I seek medical help? Or should I now? Is than anything I can do here at home? Should I force my dad to look at it? (He's a former marine and has had many injuries so he's basically a guru and knows what to do with these types of things) Or should I just forget about it? Oh and not that it matters, I'm 15. I would really only like certified medical people to comment or if you have had a similar experience.

As a person who has been shocked by an electrical outlet before. Trust me, you're fine. The pain and numbness will go away after awhile.

  • Will I need an electrical/power adapter to travel to England? (I live in Canada)? I'm traveling to England next summer to visit some family for a month and I was wanting to bring my laptop and phone along with me. I have a Sony Vaio and iPhone 4 (I don't know if that makes a difference at all). If I need to get one, what type do I buy and where can I purchase one? Preferably not online.
  • Is this website legit for buying electrical goods? I'm curious to know if this website is legit. I plan on buying an iPhone, and this site has some really good deals. Here is the site: https://www.oembrands.co.uk/ I've also read reviews and they seem to be good, but I'm just unsure. If anyone can help, it'll be much appreciated.
  • Is thailand electrical system safe? I moved to Thailand about 2 week ago and i have had no problems until i got a 2 pin adapter for my phone (iPhone 3gs) and i plugged the usb into this adapter and then plugged it into the socket and it gave me a huge shock and it tripped the fuse box. But i was wondering if that could happen again e.g. My shower is a electrical heated one or like nothing is earthed in Thailand so i could get a shock from my true vision box.
  • Is it okay to use iPhone electrical outlet for charging ipad? So my outlet's got broken I went out and buy a new one. And they said they only sell the small Apple ones. I was in a rush so I just took it. Is it okay to use it on my ipad 3 because I think it's charging slower than usual.
