Trying to restore my Iphone 5c through iTunes, but it keeps giving me blue screens on my phone?
'Blue screen of death' thing. I sent it to apple and they told me the problem was with me plugging it up into a computer to charge it, and i plugged it into the socket for 30 mins, like they said and it says plug into itunes to restore it. But after a while it just gives me a blue screen and I can't use the phone if i don't do the full restore thing
The last time I looked, your iPhone is PORTABLE.
So, take it back to the store where you bought it, and they can diagnose the problem.
Then, they can give you an Estimate to repair it.
