What camera to get for vacation?
I'm going on vacation to Mexico and I want a camera cuz I plan on going to a lot of different places. I take pictures with my iPhone daily but I know it's crap compared to a decent camera.
I don't go on vacation often so I don't want to spend more than $200 so hopefully that will get me a decent camera. I'm not a pro so if you guys have some suggestions on what cameras are good during the day and night I would appreciate that.
In your price range, look at the Canon SX150 or SX160. While the SX160 has a longer lens, I like the SX150 better as it has better lens optically.

While this camera takes (and eats) AA batteries, it more than makes up for that in quality. And you can always buy a set of 4 NIMH batteries and charger for around $20 so you can have the best of both worlds.

You can pick up an Olympus Tough TG-820 for right at $200. This is a good camera because you can take it anywhere and take photos with it. I bought one for my wife and we were taking photos in the water at the beach. The photos are not the same quailty you would get from a bigger camera but for vacation snapshots they are good.
- Will my iphone 4 work in Scotland while I'm on vacation? I live in Texas and I'm going to Scotland--will my iPhone 4 work? I just learned I will be able to connect through Wi-Fi. Does that mean I can use twitter?
- Which camera is better: An old General Imaging x500 Digital Camera or an iPhone 7 front camera? It looks like an iPhone only offers 7 MP while this camera boasts 16 MP but this camera is so old and looks worse at least on its own screen. I'm confused
- Using my iPhone on vacation? I was wondering if I turn my iPhone 5 on airplane mode for 2 weeks, will I be charged anything? And if I turn on Wi-Fi during that time will I be charged for Internet?
- Using my iPhone as camera while on vacation? I'm going on a cruise very soon but I want to use my camera on my iPhone without being charged a ton of money if I receive a text or call. Is there any way I would be able to turn those features off so I can use Wi-Fi and camera and such but no text, data, or phone calls?
