What do I need to do to make sure I can use outlets for US devices in Kosovo?

I'm tracing to Kosovo and I don't fully understand the deal with using their outlets. Can't I just buy an adapter to put on the end of my charger? (I'm talking about a MacBook, iPhone, Canon camera, etc.) Or do I need to buy European versions of the chargers when I'm there?

I think they use 220 so you would need a converter unless you want to fry your electronic devices.

  • Why does my iPhone charger only work in certain outlets? My charger for my iPhone 4S only works in certain outlets. It used to work in all in fact this morning it worked and then I went to go charge it a few hours later in the same outlet and it didn't work.
  • What should I do to make sure my iPhone 4s still works after it fell in the toilet? My iPhone fell in the toilet yesterday and I put it in a bowl of rice for 24 hours. I took it out and charged it and it worked. I want to make sure that it won't glitch and die, so should I keep it in a bowl of rice while charging it for a day? I also noticed that when I was charging it at first, it started heating up… Should I be concerned?
  • Need a phone but not sure which iPhone? I'm currently using iPod touch 4g. I need a new phone so I don't know what to buy. IPhone 4 or 4s or 5? I can buy anything but I don't want to waste much money since I will only be using it for normal web browsing through safari sometimes, check my emails, skype and kik, I don't take a lot of photos. And iPhone 4 will also receive iOS 7 update.
