What is the point of iMessage on the iPhone?
I do not get it. It's "faster"? That's all I've heard. But ever since that feature was added my texts started randomly not going thru or not sending for a few minutes. A little at first but worse and worse and now probably every day. Why not just send it as a regular text anyway? So my messages can be in a pretty blue bubble?
Imagine you forgot to pay your phone account, and need to send a message, just get on a place that there's Wi-Fi and the message will be sent by iMessage. Useful when that happens
Its for texting. Thats what its used for. And if its in blue it means they have an iphone also. If its in green it means they don't have one.
IMessages are only sent to other users who have an iPhone. To everyone else, it'll send as a regular text message.
- What's the point of unlocking an iphone? Hi guys so i know people unlock their iphones because they want to change carrier but the locked iphones are sold for 200$ so would it be possible to buy a locked iphone in the us & unlock it in belgium? I mean wouldnt that save like 400$? That seems like an impossibly good deal but maybe i don't really get what a locked iphone is.
- What is the point of buying an iPhone 5 if you can get iOS 6? People say when you get iOS 6, you get to get all the features an iPhone 5 has, but if thats the case then why do you need an iPhone 5? Wouldn't it just be cheaper to buy a suckish iPod and get iOS 6?
- Is there any point of getting an iPhone 3g? Is there any point of getting an iPhone 3g now when there's and iPhone 5? I was thinking maybe older phones that have less functions work better.
- Is there any point in upgrading from a iPhone 5 to an iPhone 5C? I currently have an iPhone 5 which is a little beat up, I like the look of the iPhone 5C (especially the blue one) and was wondering if there's any point in upgrading to it?
