What's the better Otterbox for the Iphone 5. Defender or Commuter?

Which one is better and why?

They are both good cases. The Defender has the best protection, but most people find it to be too bulky. The Commuter is less bulky, but does not have as good protection. If you drop your phone a lot or it is in a dangerous environment, then the Defender. If it is usually safe, and only an occasional drop, then the commuter.
