Where are the artist pictures on my iTunes on my iPhone?

I have an iPhone 4. As most know with iOS 7 came automatically uploading artist pictures next to the artist name in the Music app on the iPhone. I like that. However, I notice now that some famous artists (Macklemore, Kendrick Lamar, Kanye West, Gotye, & Linkin Park) are missing the artist pictures. Instead it just shows an album cover. Other artists have the pictures, usually in a couple days. Some of these artists have been on my phone for weeks and still don't have the artist pictures. How do I fix this? Is there a way, I don't even know?

You need to make sure the "album artist" is filled in.

For example take the song Royals by Lorde. It should be filled out like this:

Title: Royals
Artist: Lorde
Album Artist: Lorde

If it is a song feat.another artist, for example The Monster by Eminem feat. Rihanna it should be filled out like this

Title: The Monster
Artist: Eminem feat. Rihanna
Album Artist: Eminem

  • Why is my music not showing up in the artist section of my iPhone? I just started adding music to my Iphone 5 and quite a bit of the music will not show up in the Artist section. After searching for it I can usually find what I was looking for in either the Album or Song section, but I find it kind of annoying to have to search so hard just for music. Any idea what's causing this?

However if I look at the music on my phone the album isn't under that artist. I went to check under songs and albums and I can find it there.   • Music won't show up under Artist on iPhone So I downloaded two mix tapes and they were on my computer in my iTunes library. The songs show up under the artists name on my iTunes. Then I sync my phone and they don't show up on the phone under the artists name. They're on there, because i can find the songs under the songs tab as well as the albums tab on my phone. But they don't show up in the artists tab? Has this happened to anyone else and how can i fix it?
