Why won't iPhone make noise?

When I put headphones for games and all it works but without headphones I can't hear game things

It could be the speaker is gone that's why headphone output works but speaker doesn't. Is it just games or all sounds on the phone?

Perhaps it is in "silent" mode… Above the increase-volume +, there's a switch. No yellow should be visible.

Why iPhone s earbud make loud buzzing noise? When I was playing music on my iPhone 5s using its earbud, suddenly it makes a loud buzz (nearly killed my ears). At first, I thought it was my phone, but when I unplugged my earbud, the sound works fine. And then I thought my earbud was the problem but when I tried to restart my iPhone, and plugged in my earbud, it works! Happened for a few times and I still don't know how and why it happened.
Why doesn't it make a noise when I get a Facebook notification on iPhone? There's a noise when I get a message but not when I get a notification like when someone writes on my wall or something. I have it set to but it only does the noise if I upload a picture or something? Is anyone else's iPhone like this?

Why does my brand new iPhone charger make noise? It makes an electrical hissing noise. The charger is close to my bed and it woke me up. (It's 2 am where I live.) I haven't dropped it or anything. This has never happened with an iPhone charger before. It's brand new! );
