Will apple replace my damaged iPhone?
My iPhone was stolen and I recently got it back - only now it has a cracked screen, cracked back, broken microphone (left), broken loud/silent button, and I can no longer swipe across on the screen! I'm so upset to have gotten it back in this condition but grateful I got it back at all. Will apple replace my iPhone? I know there'll be a fee but will they?
If you purchased Insurance on your phone you can pay your deductible then get a new phone. They won't just give you a replacement phone for no reason.
- Will Otterbox replace my damaged device? I've had my iPhone 5 for only a few months now, but the otterbox is about a year old. My iPhone has been through everything with me, drops, scratches, water, etc. Today my phone was knocked out of my hand with the defender case on and it shattered completely. Pieces are actually falling off. I'm getting a new phone, but will otterbox replace this one since it was in one of their cases so I don't have to cover the cost on my own?
- IPhone is water damaged. Should I lie to apple? I work at a day camp and my phone got water damaged. Should I lie to apple and say I have no idea why my phone doesn't work? I want to get it fixed for free but I don't think it's under warranty.
- If I replace my damaged iphone 5, do I have to pay the extra $300 upgrade fee? I broke my iphone 5 screen and I'm going to apple to see if they can replace it. Would I just have to pay the cost of the phone or also AT&T upgrade fee ($300)?
- How much will apple replace a water damaged iphone 5 with apple care+? I have an Apple IPhone 5 that was bought I'd say 2 months ago but here's the story I went to my uncles birthday party and my cousins pushed me in the pool as a prank but besides that how much will they replace it for but the rice method and everything else didn't work
