Will iPhone 4s work in Europe?
I bought a used iphone 4s (tmobile) in America, and I'm moving to the Nederlands… Will my phone work there?
Probably. Most of Europe uses a cellular technology called GSM.AT&T and T-Mobile also use GSM. Likely you just need the right SIM card.

I compared the price of the iPhone in the USA and it's around 850$ so my question is… If he was to buy the iPhone 5 here would it still work in Europe?
