Will my iPhone 4 work in Mexico? I have AT&T?

Yes you have to get it unlocked though, if you get a factory unlock you can change your service but if you call AT&T and ask the to da an international unlock, you can use it on a different SIM card but there are extra charges and fees
Get your iPhone 4 factory unlocked and it will work fine in Mexico as AT&T is GSM and all Mexican carriers are GSM too. Check online for factory unlocking the iPhone 4.
