Would I be able to return it(ebay)?

I don't need anyone say oh you should I have because I already know. Ok I bought an iPhone on eBay and it came and it doesn't work the seller kept on giving me ways to fix it saying try to take it out of dfu mode and that they check it before it ships and that it was odd but it wasn't working( any advice on how to fix it because it not being recognized on iTunes)? Anyways it said on the add 100% functioning would I be able to return it?

Added (1). it did not say no refunds at all anywhere I just want to return it because it not working!

Yes of course

You can ask the seller for a refund. They don't have to give you a refund, but if they refuse, then you can escalate the problem to ebay. If ebay agrees with you that the phone was broken, then they'll refund your money and take action against the seller.

Go back to the "auction", there should be an explanation of circumstances under which the item
can be refunded or not, if there's a re-stocking fee etc. But don't be surprised if either it was sold
" as is ", or that you will at minimum not get a refund on return shipping.

  • Would he be able to know what websites i went on? Or would they jus say safari? Okay i have an iphone & my dad pays my bill for my phone & i went over my data 3 times & he said tht thts crazy & hes going to call to see how i went over it. • What's the chances of actually being able to get a iPhone on eBay for really cheap? There are listings where the bidding starts at 99 cents. I just found one where nobody has bid on it yet, but it still has about 23 hours to go. What's the chances of getting an iPhone 5 super cheap like that from an eBay listing? As the time goes down will more people start to bid? If the seller has good reviews then does the chances of them trying to scam people go down? Or can a seller have fake reviews like you can buy followers on instagram?
  • Return item bought off of EBay? I bought a keyboard attachment for my iPhone a few months ago. I received it and wasn't satisfied, so I returned it with proper postage and such to the return address which was in China. It has been about 2 months, and I have not received my refund nor have I gotten an email from the seller saying that they have received the item. Is there some way I can figure out where that package is? And if I can't find it, am I still able to get my refund?
  • If I buy an iPhone from ebay will I be able to use it? Assuming I don't buy it and activate it, will I be able to use it (except from texting, calling, etc) on Wi-Fi? Or will I be locked out until I decide to pay $30 a month to get it activated? This one for example: http://www.ebay.com/...1352523047
