- Is it possible to Lose iCloud Activation lock by Downgrading to iOS 6 on iPhone 4? I have a iCloud locked iPhone 4 which was factory unlocked. I hacktivated it using win SCP and now the sim won't work. So i thought why not downgrade to a version when Activation Lock wasn't even created. That way i will have a fully working iPhone on iOS 6 right? Is that possible?
- IPhone 5 7.1.1 iCloud Activation Lock? Bought a second hand iPhone 5 iOS 7.1.1 and found out that it was iCloud locked. Guy I bought it from won't answer his phone. This iPhone was not stolen or lost as a Telus rep. Confirmed it. Tried everything I could find online to no luck. This is so irritating and it is really upsetting that nothing is working because I have spent around $300 in total with this iPhone 5. Can someone Please help me. Anything will help. I'm desperate for a solution. Any good answer is appreciated.

I don't know and can't contact the previous owner so I can't get their apple ID to sign in so I can unlock the device. What do i do?

So I stupidly bought an iPhone 5C from eBay… It turns out it has the iOS 7 activation lock on it, I can't get anywhere with it and need to remove this blimmin' iCloud account, so if I was to put the device into Recovery/DFU mode and downgrade it to iOS 6 would this somehow remove the problem?
