I think i've been scammed on ebay?
I sold a iphone on ebay, brand new and it sold for £330, i contacted the seller and they asked for special delivery and sent the money to my paypal, only proplem is there was nothing in my paypal account but i had the email saying it was pending, so i still sent the phone via Special next day delivery thinking the money would soon go in my bank only to find that after i gave the item delivery details the buyer deleted there ebay account and canceld the payment! By the time i relised the item was already delivered. Is there anything i can do about this as i'm only 17 and just got my first house with my son so i can't afford to loose out on this much money?
Added (1). Also i still have the receipts saying what day and time and place i posted this item and where i posted it to pluss the emails from paypal sayint the money was pending but nothing is showing in my paypal account? And the emails from the buyer requesting Special delivery
Go to the police! & your bank! The bank will refund the money, and the police will sort it out. £330 is a lot of money, i would definitely call the police thats what they are there for! X
As Lizzie said and get a crime number, also contact paypal and tell them what has happened they might be able to help. Do it now!
final thought report the phone to your provider as stolen they will get it blocked!
The police won't be interested and your bank certainly won't refund. You are too young to have either an ebay or a paypal account (you need to confirm you are at least 18 at the time you sign up) and haven't in any case followed the guidelines for seller protection.

Wait until you are 18 then read the help pages for new sellers to ensure you aren't caught again.
You should NEVER send your item until you get paid. Yes, you probably have been scammed and you are unlikely to get your phone or the money back. You can attempt to contact ebay but the chances are it won't be a happy ending.
This is quite a popular scam and happened to me not long ago but most people know not to send their products till they have received payment!
