I took a back up of my iPhone 7 on my friends laptop(HP). After a month, the laptop was updated by my friend and since then I'm not able to restore the backup from iTunes. The iTunes says my phone has never been backed up on this laptop but the C drive shows that 70GB space has been covered with my data only.
How do I recover all those photos and videos?

Hi, about two months ago I was randonly trying to login into my Instagram account, on my iPhone and suddenly it had told me that it wasn't able to login me in because of a '' suspicious login attempt''. So frustatingly ever since late March, I have not been able to login into my Instagram account, I can't be sent the password on my old email because it is expired and don't remember or know the phone number, I made it with. I'm wondering if there's any possibilities or I can contact Instagram in some way to retrieve it back?
I can't load my mail. Neither by laptops, iphone or Desktop. Temporary error 15! What to do? Is there anybody to help?

I downloaded an album from YouTube a few months ago on iTunes and a USB because it's not available on any streaming platforms or even to purchase at all. Warner Music has copyrighted those songs and removed them from YouTube, so if I hadn't downloaded them I would have no way if listening to them. I want to do this with some other songs that are at risk of being copyrighted. I only listen to the music for personal use, I don't share it or anything. Is this illegal and am I at risk of getting caught if so?
Is there a way to block all calls from a number that is not in my contacts list with an IPhone?
Sadly, remembered history will never happen again, and that is because we have technology! I can't even remember what happened that was good or bad in society yesterday. Nowadays, because of our phones, the world is constantly changing every second. Why was "Apple" invented? I wish sometimes that "Steve Jobs" had never invented our modern technology in the first place. The World would be better off if we never had "iPhones" Devices, and "Social Media," in my opinion. Why can't we go back to our Grandparents Generation? Was modern technology in today's Millennials a bad idea?
When I go to the website it gives links to download the app. When I click on the App Store link, it says it's not available in my country/region. Is it actually not available where I live? Or is it not available on iPhone anymore? A glitch?
At my job I work with a lot of PDFs and I do all my work on either a flashdrive or icloud so I can have access to it across device. I bought my SSD hoping to help me do that even better but now it seems to be damaging my pdf files. I would do some editing one day. Eject it, unplug and then the next day some of the pdf files become damaged.
