I have taken my phone into apple and got a replacement iPhone 5, the battery hasn't improved at all. I have location services off, LTE Data roaming off, brightness is down more less fully and my multi tasking is always clear. I have restored the iPhone as a new phone as i was told this might help but no joy. Anyone help?
I'm trying to watch a video on my browser (not from YouTube) but all I get is audio and no video. The only thing showing up on mu screen says "TV connected. Connected to TV". Tried different browser, chrome vs safari, same thing happens. Tried different non YouTube videos as well. Haven't changed any settings and definitely didn't connect to my tv, so I don't know what's happening.
My IPhone didn't come with a sim eject tool? What else can I use?
I've never had a phone before, so I'm really new at this. I'm looking at Apple's website, and I click on something that lets me see plans from Verizon, At&t, and Sprint. They all charge money for data. My question is, does that matter? Should I go for the cheapest plan or what? The iPhone has gigabytes for data and storage and stuff, so why are the phone companies charging money for data? I'm so confused. I would appreciate any help.
I recently received my dads old iPhone and restored it to factory settings. When I synced it to my iTunes library the music and videos were not transfered to my iPhone.
I have my iPhone plugged into the charger that is plugged into the socket in the wall. I've never had any problems before.
It is plugged in and it says it's charging at the top and then it will vibrate and say it is not charging and it will go back on charge again. It has been doing this all morning.
I have checked to make sure the switch is on and that everything is in properly and that is all fine. It seems to be alright when it is plugged into my laptop using an extra USB lead.
It is quite annoying so I would like to know if there's anything I can do even if it is to buy a new charger.
Ok so my friend used her twitter on my iPhone and I was getting her notifacations so I turned the notifacations for her account off, but i still kept getting them, so I deleted her account… And I still keep getting them and don't know what to do please help me! (She gets a thousand notifacations a day.

Background Info: I have an iPhone 3GS that I wanted to update to the latest iOS software (6.0 I think) and after the update had been downloaded, and while it was being applied to the phone it crashed and the update was unable to finish.
Now, my phone is stuck on the screen which shows a USB connector with an arrow pointing to the iTunes logo, asking that I connect it to iTunes. When I do, the computer doesn't detect it's been connected, so I can't do anything.
I've tried the solutions on various forums, the Apple Support pages and I will contact Apple if nothing works. I've tried to restore it by holding the off and home button down, I've tried different USB ports on my computer, I've tried holding the home button as I connect it and nothing is working.
If any of you share this experience, please let me know of your solutions, Thanks.
