I can't get a notification to close off of my iPhone?

My iPhone 4S had a notification pop up that said "Not Enough Storage" and the only options are to close it or go to settings, and whenever I press either, NOTHING happens. It won't go away. I can't do anything on my phone either because it won't go away. Please help! I understand what the notification means, it's just it won't go away! No matter how many times I press the close option or the settings option it doesn't do anything!

How to stop automatic downloads of apps from my iPhone to my iPod touch?

Every time I download something from my iPhone it automatically downloads to my sisters iPhone and my iPod touch. It's sorta annoying, does anyone know how to shut it off? It's because we're on one iTunes account and it asked me if I wanted to get apps on iPhone and I turned it on but I don't know how to get to there to turn it off please help!

How to read a map on an Iphone?

I just got an Iphone, and I want to go somewhere without having to be driven to or ride a bus. I've tried timing myself to get to a place on time, I know where left and right are, and where west, east, north and south are, I read the signs, enter in the address and all that. But every time I do, I just get more and more lost and I never get to where I want to go. So what can I do to help me read a map better, and yes I'm using the Maps app on my Iphone. I'm too embarrassed to ask for help around me because I don't want to seem like I'm stupid, but it really sucks. I feel like an idiot.

My iphone got water damage and won't turn on?

I dropped my iphone 4s in the toilet earlier and it was probably in the water for 3 seconds at the most. I took my case off and dried it the best i could and shook it to get some of the water out. It was in rice for about 8 hours and I charged it for a little, and the screen won't even turn on, but the flashlight won't turn off.
