Do airpods work on airplane mode?
I'm going on 2.5hr flight it's just basic ryanair no tv Wi-Fi anything so just wondering can I use my airpods or am i better off bringing normal earphones?
Nope…
Once the plane is above 10,000ft and people are allowed to use electronics, just turn bluetooth back on.
You can generally do that while the phone is still in aircraft mode; the mobile phone / mobile data signal transmitter part stays disabled.
Yes. There are some things that you have to turn on after putting your phone in airplane mode, but on an iPhone X, you don't need to do anything to use bluetooth in airplane mode.

- IPhone Problem: Airplane mode and text messaging? I switch my iPhone to airplane mode at night (so people can't wake me with late night calls etc) and when I go into places where there's no cell coverage (to save battery but still let me use camera and music). BUT When I switch it back off airplane mode it takes a Really LONG TIME to reconnect to sms service. Phone calls and internet work fine straight away, but texts take a really long time to sort themselves out. Very frustrating, does anyone else have this problem?
