I jailbroke my phone and i wasn't happy with cydia so i pressed to erase all content and setting to restart my whole phone, and thn it turned black and its been on that circle loading swirly thingy, is been like this for about a half an hour, what's taking it so long to load? (btw my on/off button doesn't work i have to use my charger/home button to wake it up) is it broken or what do i do?

For some reason it does not work. I tried automatically syncing it and manually, but I can only get the songs if it is in a playlist. I want to be able to see all of the songs by artist though and the new songs are not under there. Also, some of the artists have spelling errors which I fixed on my itunes library, but which won't come up in my iphone. Really annoying. It used to be I just plugged in my ipod and everything synced with the itunes library.
I just got a new iphone 4s. I previously had my 3gs jailbroken and had the 'tap to unlock" feature. I prefer that over slide to unlock because I'm left handed and it's annoying to have to slide the opposite direction.
However my 3gs had some minor glitches and bugs due to the jailbreak so I'd prefer not to jailbreak my 4s, but is there a way to get tap to unlock without jailbreaking the phone? Or even reverse the slide or something? Any help would be appreciated.
So a few days ago, I got an iPhone 4. Whenever I go onto the internet on my phone, it gives me a 5-digit network and asks me for my Wi-Fi password. Even though I do have internet in my house, I'm not aware of the password. Because I'm not able to sign onto Wi-Fi on my phone, I've already used up half of my data for the month.
I called Verizon tech support and 2 hours and 7 people later, I'm still confused. The last man told me that the 5-digit network is probably one of my neighbor's, because he didn't see that my router was wireless. He said I need to buy a wireless router and then set up my Wi-Fi password so that I can use my iPhone to go on the internet.
Should I take his advice and buy a wireless router? Or is there something else I can do to get a Wi-Fi password?
I have a Verizon IPhone 4, and I was listening to music, and I hit the lock screen and put it in my pocket, and the music stopped so I checked to see if I hit something, and my phone was completely unresponsive. It's like the phone is turned off, but i tried turning it back on and nothing happened. My phone had at least 80 percent battery and I have had absolutely no trouble in the 11 months I've had it. I'm going on a trip in 2 days and need my phone for it. Can somebody please help me out?
