IPhone 4 touch screen not responding - what needs replacing?

My iPhone 4 screen has been cracked for a while but the screen has still been responding. However, after another recent drop, half of the screen has now stopped responding to touches all together.

I need to get it repaired, and am planning to send it to a repair service that I have used on my old iPhone 3G, but I'm not sure if the service that they offer (Original Glass, Digitiser & Retina LCD Replacement) is what I need in order to get my touch screen working again.

Could someone confirm that this repair would not only replace the screen but get it working again too?

Apple App Store won't allow me to download any apps

On my iPhone 4 I'm trying to download free apps and it the app store won't allow me to. It asked for my billing information. Which I don't understand since its free. But I put in the card number and it kept telling me invalid security code. When it was the correct code. So, I tried another card and same problem. This has been going on for about 3 weeks now and it's really starting to piss me off. Any suggestions or help! Please and thank you.

Travelling to america, need 3G internet

I'm travelling to America (from the UK) in mid august and i need to have 3G over there for emails and social networking while on the road. I have an iPhone 4S in white (unlocked but currently using T-Mobile UK and obviously it is far expensive to use my T-Mobile UK micro-sim over there.
So basically i'm looking for an American network that can give me a Pay As You Go micro-sim that will work on 3G. Also can you tell me the charge it will cost per MB/GB.
Thanks, Ben,
PS I'm also happy to look into an international sim that allows cheap internet.

How to get Internet without paying monthly?

I don't want to have to rely on my iPhone for everything I need to do online and sometimes it's completely unreliable for things. But I don't have a lot of money at all for monthly Internet, nor do I have neighbors with Wi-Fi. I just want my laptop to have Internet for as cheap as possible. Is there a type of sattelite Internet service that's a one-time payment or a cheap way to get Internet on just my laptop without screwing with my phone's data plan?

Lifeproof VS Otterbox Armor Series?

I'm getting an iPhone 4S, and I want a case that will protect it from being dropped on the ground, as well as in the water. I have narrowed down my search to two products:

Lifeproof: http://www.lifeproof.com/

Otterbox Armor Series:
- http://www.otterbox.com/armor-series/armor-series, default, pg.html

Both cases look awesome, but the Lifeproof is $80, and the Armor Series hasn't been released yet. Both are waterproof, drop-proof, and dirt/dust-proof. So which case looks better in your opinion?

IMessage: Why no delivered tag?

Sometimes I use my iPhone to text another iPhone in which case it says "delivered". But what happens to a text when you know you are texting another iPhone but it does NOT say "delivered"? Did it go through anyway? Is the person's phone off? Will then get the message when they turn their phone back on? I just want to seem like an idiot and send the text again if they have already received it.

Is thailand electrical system safe?

I moved to Thailand about 2 week ago and i have had no problems until i got a 2 pin adapter for my phone (iPhone 3gs) and i plugged the usb into this adapter and then plugged it into the socket and it gave me a huge shock and it tripped the fuse box. But i was wondering if that could happen again e.g. My shower is a electrical heated one or like nothing is earthed in Thailand so i could get a shock from my true vision box.
