IPhone 4s won't let me re-download past purchases?

I go to the iTunes store trying to download music that was alredy downloaded from my from my iPhone 4s and the same apple ID. I can do this on my iPad and I can re download apps just not music. It says I can't re-download within 67 days Help?

A good website to find a white IPhone 4 cheap

I'm looking to upgrade my sprint phone to a white IPhone 4, not the 4s, just a 4. Upgrading through sprint is about $500 so is there another site where i could find one cheap and still keep my number? I don't want a used or refurbished one either… Thanks

Is my tragus piercing rejecting?

I got it done two weeks ago at one of the best places in the state. It didn't hurt at all, didn't swell up until a week later (i think because i accidentally hit it putting my hoodie on but not sure). The swelling went down about 2 days ago.

I can't tell if it's rejecting or not but i feel like it's closer to the edge. But it was done pretty close to the edge too because apparently there's a 'sweet spot'. But not Really close, it looked normal where it was placed.

i'm not sure if it's just the angle i'm looking at it, but i took photos with my iPhone up close and i'm still not sure if it's rejecting or not.

It looks fine, no pain, no puss, no blood. It's like it's been there my whole life.

I'm hiding it from my parents and school though so my hair is always on the side, my hair is clean though. I clean the piercing properly like my piercer told me and i've had no problems healing with my other piercings.

It's surgical stainless steel so i can't be allergic to it. It looks normal, not red or irritated.

Is it rejecting? What should i do about it?

I've got exams coming up so i can't go and see my piercer for three weeks.

Can you use a Sprint iPhone 4S on a Verizon network?

I recently bought an iPhone 4S. The thing is though… I have sprint. LOL!
So yeah, that's not good because even though the sprint people told me I get 3G at my house, I looked online and I do not. Idiots.

If I were to switch to Verizon, could I give them my Sprint iPhone 4S and have them connect it to the Verizon network instead?

Is every Apple iPhone 4S the exact same thing? Or do they manufacture each iPhone knowing what kind of carrier it's going to be on making the parts inside different?

Themes not working on Winterboard?

Ok so I jailbroke my Iphone 3GS running IOS 5.1.1 a few days ago and love it. However, I have a problem with Winterboard. Some themes don't work. Even carrier symbols and themes I have installed last time I jailbroke my phone! I put the check mark on it, drag it to the top sometimes, either click respring or exit Winterbaord, and when it restarts, it doesn't show! Please help. It is getting very frustrating. This was one of the reasons I jailbroke my phone, and I'm mad that this doesn't work.
