How to restore my iPhone 4 without iTunes?

I don't have my own computer and my friend won't let me install iTunes on his. I have a back up on iCloud, but how do I restore it without iTunes? I'm running iOS 5.1.1 on my iPhone 4 btw

My laptop touchpad won't work when charging?

My charger hasn't given me any problems until yesterday. When I plug in my laptop charger, the touchpad won't work and I can't use my mouse. I can use this wireless mouse app on my iPhone though. I can use the keyboard and click the mouse buttons. It's just the touchpad. I have an Asus G51V.

My iPhone has faster internet than my PC when connected to Wi-Fi?

My iPhone and my PC are both connected to the same Wi-Fi network. When I initiate a speed test via speedtest.net, here are the stats for both my iPhone and my PC:

Ping: 17 ms

My computer's wireless adapter is as follows: Realtek RTL8187B Wireless 802.11b/g 54Mbps USB 2.0 Network Adapter

So, I guess I'm wondering why this is, how I could improve it, what should I do, or just your ideas/thoughts. If the speed test doesn't seem reliable, I can tell you that I can even notice the difference when surfing the web via iPhone vs. PC. The tests aren't always the same, but the iPhone is always faster.

I just got the iPhone 4 and was wondering what some good games are that are free. I like adventure games like the sims, virtual villagers, and other games that last a while where you can do things and improve your character. I like virtual games!

I have been searching for a good case for awhile now and haven't been able to decide. I'm looking for something sleek and not bulky. I was debating getting ghost armour but all i hear about them is bad things, if thats true or not. It would be nice if it looked awesome too. Any suggestions?

IPhone not letting me make phone calls or send Txts?

I was wondering if anyone could help. My iPhone has been working perfectly fine up until today. It won't let me send txts or make phone calls. I always pay my monthly bill so they couldn't of cut me off? Any suggestions on how to fix this problem?

IPhone got wet will it ever work again?

On the night of the 16th I dropped my iPhone in the toilet (I don't even know how). Luckily there was only a small bit of water so the iphone was only half submerged. Once it fell in I immediately pulled it out and dried it off. It was in the water for no more than a mere second. But I did the wrong thing and turned it on to see if it was still working. It was of course but I saw water marks under the screen so I turned it off, but not powered off. I then proceeded to put it in a container of rice and left it there for about 3 hours and then turned it on again (I didn't know any better).It still worked so i put it back in the rice and left it there over night. The morning of the 17th It wouldn't turn on. So I left it in rice for about 6 hours and then switched to a bowl of open silica and left it there for a couple more hours and over night. It is now the 18th and it won't turn on. Is it gone for good?
