How many cores does the Samsung Galaxy S3 (SIII) have?

So many sites say 2 and others 4. Some say 2 at 1.5 GHz and some say 4 at 1.4 GHz. Which is it! Also, is this phone worth getting or should I wait for the iPhone 5? My old android was nothing but problems with many, many replacements. The iPhones I have owned (other than poor build quality and physically falling apart), have done well for me.

Is texting and driving illegal?

I hate when people texts and drive or on the phone and drive. Specially in Atlanta you have no idea how carefully I have to drive because people are randomly getting on my lane or just driving crazy and 99.9% of the time they are on the phone. Today I saw a girl from Georgia Tech was braking every 5 secs or just driving all over the lane. I got over and when the red light came I saw her texting on her iphone and picking her nose. She almost hit my car when I got over. With my hands I was like what you doing? She looked at me and kept texting out in the open. I think it's just me but I can't stand when people are using their phone while they are on the road. I have been driving for 3 years and I barley use my phone while I'm on the road. I really wanted her to stop texting and pay attention to the road. Is it illegal to call the police and tell them her tag number and say she was breaking the law? I'm just wondering.

What uses data for my iPhone 4s?

I have three questions: When I'm connected to Wi-Fi and I go on apps and stuff does that use data? So what uses data on the iPhone 4s? What is the cost if I go over my data limit?

My iphone 4 won't work after jailbreaking?

I just recently jailbroke my iphone 4. Cydia won't load & my internet won't work? Someone said it was a bad jailbreak & that i needa do it over which mean rejail ream it… It that right?

My iPhone won't stop respringing after I turn it off?

I recently jailbroke my Iphone 4 with redsn0w. Every time i turn my phone off then back on again it shows an all black screen with a loading wheel. After about 5 seconds of this it goes back to normal, then 5 seconds later it goes back to the wheel and repeats. I can fix the problem by rebooting with redsn0w, but every time I turn it off it goes back into the wheel routine.
