I have only been using my iphone 4s for 4 days, and yesterday it died. The battery was fully charged and i was using it only minutes before it died. When I checked my phone minutes later I could not turn it on and the iphone felt very hot. I tried charging it today and after a while it started charging again, but now at 5%. What could have happened? Should I send it back?

Does anyone know how to retrieve deleted sms's from an iphone 4, last night i got so drunk and deleted some messages off my phone because i was arguing with my partner but now he won't talk to me and i can't even remember what i said due to the alcohol i need to get these sms's from last night back to try and patch things up any ideas!
I have a monthly O2 contact with an unlimited data bolt on. I currently have a Nokia N900.
Could I cut down that sim and use it in an iphone or would I need a special contract? I know that I can't use this sim in my ipad (I tried but received an error mesage saying that I needed to arrange a data contract). This will influence whether I buy an iphone as I don't want to give up my current O2 contract.
I've owned a iPod for 5 years and iPad for 2 and had no protective casing of any type and I'm pretty rough with both. Throwing it on a desk, twirling it in air just because I'm bored, etc. They are in perfect working condition despite my abuse.
Now I'm getting an iPhone and people are saying I have to have a case for it to protect it. I don't like cases as it makes it so thick and big in my pants pocket.
Do I really need a protective case for my future iPhone?
I store my debit card info on my evernote account, I have the app on my computer and iphone.
This morning while I was sleeping, a $44 charge was made on my debit card to chineselovelinks.com. I have no idea who it was or where they came from.
I believe someone either had access to my Evernote account, or it had something to do with yandy.com where I ordered lingerie the other week. Those are the only reasons I could think of, my credit union is closed today so all I could do was freeze my card.
Will they be able to find where the purchase came from? And get my money back? I'm 19 and this is the first card I've ever had, and the first time anything like this has happened to me. I can't believe it happened to me! Thanks for any help. (and yes, I deleted all my important info from evernote as well).
I just bought an iPhone but my brother has one too. I'm conscious that if I plug it into our only desktop computer that I will end up with all of his songs- that I don't like. I just want to swap and change some pictures and tracks to my iPhone, can I not do this without either putting it onto his too or getting all his stuff onto mine?
I changed my password earlier today cuz my little sister figured it out and I'm almost positive of my passcode but it just won't work. I've had it for nearly 3 months and I only use it to take pictures and make calls and I've neevr backed it up. Is there any way to unlock it without losing everything? Lots of memories will me lost.
Anyone else notice this? I feel like my iPhone 4 is starting work really slow and have all sorts of bugs "coincidentally" a month or two before the iPhone 5 is gonna drop. My iPhone 3G did exactly the same thing immediately before the iPhone 4 dropped… And I have many friends who would agree.
Anyone know anything about this? Is a conspiracy? Or am I just buggin?
Yesterday, my iPhone 4 broke so I got a new one (also an iPhone 4). Before I got the new phone, I was able to sign into Skype from my iphone. Even now I can sign into Skype from my computer, but the problem is that I can't sign in from my new iphone -- this is a problem because it is the only way I can call my deaf grandmother from out of the country when I'm not at home.
So why can't I sign in from my iPhone?
