How to prevent my iPhone 3GS from crashing or getting warm?

My phone crashed a few times before and i don't wanna take that risk again as i don't know that much about iPhones and i worry too much. So i started to decrease the times i use the internet on my phone but it still gets warm in just minutes when i'm on it! And don't laugh but i don't know what the hell is Cydia either nor what it does because I'm not currently living in the states so my dad said i can't upgrade it but my phone is jailbroken though.

Why won't itunes let me download songs onto my iphone?

Ok so i used youtube converter to convert a 3 minute song and usually it always works but anyway, i got it downloaded onto itunes but when i try and drag it to the devices section where my iphone information is, it won't let me, it just has a red circle with a line through it. Does anyone know how to get the song onto my phone?

Iphone 3gs Help! Stuck in restore loop

I bought a iphone 3gs and it was jailbroken and unlocked. I decided to restore the iphone and it got stuck in a constant restore loop. I've tried iReb, i've tried all the differnet types of ways from all the videos i've seen. It is still in the loop what the hell is wrong with it. Should i just cut my loses and throw 100 dollars down the drain?

and itunes 10 if that matters

The problem is as following, when i try to make a in app purchase using this it says "transaction failed" i dunno what to do. Some apps work with this and others say the "transaction failed". What do i do to fix it. The app that won't let me use this is The Amazing Spiderman.

Can't send photos with iPhone 3GS?

Basically, whenever I try to send a photo with my phone it eventually tells me message send failure. It always does this. I'm not sure how to fix it. Is there anything I need to enable to send the photos?
