Can I be charged for an iPhone I didn't break?

My iPhone s screen was just recently repaired after I dropped it on Saturday. It's been working fine since then, but today out of nowhere it turned black and has been unresponsive. I talked to an Apple person and we narrowed it down to being a hardware problem that I have to go into the Apple store AGAIN to fix.
She said she couldn t tell me anything cost related because they had to figure out if it was related to the previous repair or not, and the real-life person could help more.
Is there any way I can be charged for this? IIm broke after my last repair and I really don't want to drop another chunk of money because of a broken phone that I did nothing to this time.

Added (1). Like I said, I didn't do anything to it this time. I didn't drop it. I grabbed it out of my pocket today and it was off and wouldn't turn on. I have a protective case that I spent a lot of money on to AVOID breaking my phone again, so even if I did drop it I doubt it would have completely shut off. But I definitely did not drop it.

Music on iPhone glitching? Keeps skipping songs, pausing etc?

Ever since about a week ago, my music has been really weird. It seems as though whenever I tilt my phone in certain directions (I can't tell which, but it's definitely to do with movement), the song that I'm listening to either pauses, skips onto the next song, fast forwards through the song, or even brings up Siri.

I have no idea what's happening. I don't know whether it's a problem with my iPhone or my earphones. Keep in mind that the little control button on the earphones are never in a place where I can accidentally click it or anything. And when I listen to music, the screen is always off so no chance that I tapped something. It only started a little while ago.

Is hacking someone's personal email and iphone illegal and what are the charges they could get?

A few years ago I was battling major depression and was acting rather erratically. I found out that my company was investigating me because they were under the impression I was doing something illegal. Which I wasn't. Just wondering if its legal for a company to do such a thing and what could the reprocussions be?

Fyi I'm still with the company 3 years later, but still don't really trust them if what they did was in fact illegal. I'm also no longer depressed

Upgrading from iPhone 5S to iPhone SE?

What changes can I expect? I've had the gold 5S for 2 years, and I went to apple and saw what I thought was a pink 5S, For a moment, I was dissapointed, if I knew there was a pink 5S, I'd have gone for that colour, instead. How ever on the screen it said iPhone SE, I did some research online and discovered it was Apple's new iPhone. I didn't find any specification because I didn't spend alot of time researching this phone. I really like the colour of the rose gold. My friend has the rose gold 6S, but i thought it looked nicer on the new SE. I like the size of my 5S, So I don't want a bigger phone. I'm due an upgrade tomorrow, and i think the rose gold looked nicer on the SE then it did the 6S. All I know is that there's no 3D Touch. Which was good for me, because my friend has the 6S and she says because of 3D touch, things keep happening when she doesn't want them to. She hold the phone alot of the time with it unlocked.

so what major changes can i expect?

Can I switch my iPhone for another color?

I've had the silver iPhone 6 for awhile now, and it's getting of kind of annoying trying to find a case that would go well with a white layout, and i'm also indescive sometimes, so I'm just wondering if I'm allowed to go into the Apple Store and buy the grey one instead, I don't want to make another plan or anything, I just want switch colors and switch my SIM card as well… Or do you think I should just buy it online?
