I bought an iphone 4s from ebay and it is asking for icloud activation the previous owner of this ipnone did not log out of his icloud and now i have having problem to activate it is there any thing i can do to bypass it or any help coz i'm not in contact with the previous owner

I was trying to take a picture of the porch and I dropped my phone into the hot tub! I know, I know, I'm an idiot, but I don't know what to do! My phone had its case on and a protective screen protector. I immediately grabbed it out of the water and dried it off. It was actually working. I didn't think to turn it off, I thought that the screen protector had managed to block out water. It worked for about another 5 minutes, but then the screen went really weird and started turning strange colors with stripes. It was going on and off again for another 5 or so minutes. Then it went black. I read to leave it to dry out, so it's currently on the dining room table under a fan. I don't have any rice but I've read that doesn't work very well anyway. Please, please tell me what to do and how I can dry it out!

I just bought a 2010 Kia Rio. It has the original factory audio equipment. It has an aux and usb input but it won't work with my regular charging cable like most car stereos. I have an old iPod, a newer iPhone and my boyfriend has an android phone. They all use different chargers. I can use the regular aux cable for any of them but i have to use a separate car charger for charging. The owners manual says to buy a special Kia audio cable and they only connect to my old iPod. I want to use my phone too, so spending a lot of money on this special cable seems stupid. I don't even know if this special cable will allow me to control the music from my stereo instead of on my device (very distracting while driving). Is there any benefit to having this cable from Kia instead of just having all these extra cords tangled in my car? I just wanna know if this cord will do anything that my other cords don't do already. I have a USB adapter for the cig lighter with all the charging cables and an aux cable with mic. I just feel like there's cables everywhere and I keep having to change up what's plugged in where. Please only answer if you are familiar with this problem, I don't need a bunch of stupid advice.
