Snapchat video difficulties?

About 36 hours ago I posted a video onto my story. Roughly ten minutes later I went to see who watched it and it showed how many people watched it, but it wouldn't let me see who or let me delete it. Also, I can hardly watch other people's stories. It will show they posted, but when I tap on it, it just "watches" the snap but doesn't even show up on the screen. I don't see the story. A couple hours ago I tried sending a video to a friend and my story and snapchat just totally crashed. Usually if my snapchat has a problem it fixes itself within 24 hours but it hasn't this time. For the past two weeks, if I lock my iPhone 5c with snapchat open, when I go to unlock my phone it will crash and send me to home screen. That wasn't annoying but now that I can't watch others stories or post my own I should try to fix it. Would deleting the app and then reinstalling it help? What else could? The only thing I have really "tried" was turning my phone off and back on.

Added (1). I'm editing a video on my iPhone 5's iMovie app and I can't figure out how to get a soundcloud song on it or even Apple Music! I have the purchased version of apple music and I downloaded the songs but it still says that it can't be put on iMovie.

My iPhone is using up way too much battery. Here's what I've done

Turned off notifications
Turned off mail push
Turned down brightness
Turned off some location services
Turned off some system services
Turned off automatically send diagnostics
Turned off vibrate on ring
Turned off some of the "use cellular data for" apps
Turned off some background app usage
Turned off auto brightness
Closed out apps in background
And probably a couple others that I can't think of right now?

With only 30 minutes of phone usage, my battery goes from 100 to 10 percent.

Should I save the $1,158 for a car or spend $700 now for a new iPhone 6?

I'm on my learners currently and I have saved $1,158 from babysitting last year. My parents say that I can get a car when I have my restricted, and I plan on getting that at the end of the year when I will be 17. I'm going to pay for the car myself, (my parents might give $500, but we will see). The problem is that I want a new phone, and I want the iPhone 6. I don't like the size of the 5s and I have the 4s now. I don't like spending such a big amount of money ($700) but I know it will last me long because I don't loose and drop my phones, and I'm not one of those people who buy the newest technology when it is released. Should I spend $700 of my $1,158 and have $458 left or just save it and get a new phone later in the year? I hate being so indecisive! I want lots of money but I want a new phone, with lots of money left over! Btw I'm not trying to brag in anyway, I just don't know what I should do and I want more opinions!

I'm locked out of my old iPhone 5?

I have an iPhone 6 now and still have my iPhone 5 and tried to get in it recently and I forgot my old passcode and I locked myself out for 60 min! I have no idea what to do now because my pictures aren't backed up and I have a ton of photos that I really need. If I take it to Apple will they be able to get in for me? Is there a way I can hack in I can't do any tricks with Siri because it needs to be connected to Wi-Fi and for some reason that phone isn't now so I'm not sure what I could do but those photos that are on there are a ton of high school memories and irreplaceable pictures.
