Wanna lose 16-18 pounds (15)?
Here we're again, new year. I would go on about how ""'s my New Years resolution" but IIm just gonna cut the bullc*** and be honest.
IIm tired of wishing.
I wanna set a challenge and go full throttle for it. I know it will be hard, but I never looked for easy.
So, here are the details.
IIm 15 and a half. IIm 5 1 and weigh 127lbs (lbs? Is that the correct way to write it? Sorry IIm from a country where we use KG and the metric system).
I was thinking about starting the "Insanity" work out, but if you have something better then let me know.
The only thing I don't really know about is food. I don't really snack like there's no tomorrow but IIm sure I don't eat well. So some pointers towards what I should be eating more of and what I should be eating less of would be awesome, because I don't really know much about "carbs" and those kind of stuff.
And if you have some suggestions for some cool fitness apps (I have an iPhone 6, it has a motion co-processor that can track lots of fitness-y things) that ll just keep me motivated and where I can log food and workouts and maybe find out if what IIm about to eat is an insane no-no.
