Hi so I have a iPhone 6s, with 32 GB storage. However since resetting my phone after it got fixed, something called 'system' is taking up 29GB of that 32GB storage. I can barely use my phone, can't use emails, I only have about 7 apps whereas before I never had an issue. Any ideas? I've tried everything online to get rid of it

Added (1). Iphone I-tunes backkup 11:00am. Attached my computer to Icloud about 3-pm (using a different apple ID) Restore for Iphone missing backup?
Added (2). It seems the Itunes does not respect backups using different apple ID's.

My grandma is gonna turn 96 on April 6th and I was thinking about buying her an iPhone, possibly the newest one. She has never had a cellphone before but I told my sister about the idea and she thinks it's inappropriate and a waste of money for a 96 year old. What do you think?
