So I've just purchased an iPhone 6s and for some reason there are some contacts that have their initials where it's supposed to be a picture and others don't?! I'm fairly new to the iPhone family since I've always had droids. Any help or tips would be greatly appreciated!

Added (1). I have the Matte Wireless studio beats. These are my second because i had the same problem with the first pair so i trade them for the same kind. But they won't pair with my iphone, i also tried with different iphones. I got them from amazon. I really love the way the look and sound but its just the wireless pairing not working where can i take them i don't want another model of the beats.

Hi I'm wondering if it is possible to exchange my fairly new and good shape iPhone 5s in white and gold to iPhone 5s in black because I relize that I like the black better.

I have the ringer on silent and the volume muted too, but i still get the sounds from when i get a text, call or notification from a game. How do i turn it all off without turning my phone off?
