I have an iphone 4s and since this morning the phone app is frozen. It's not going up or down or letting me call anyone or add a new contact. I have tried restarting but it worked for a few seconds and then went back to being frozen.

I need some serious help. The other day I put my phone to charge like I always do and it din't charge so I thought I would switch off the phone and charge it and it never came back on since. I took it to a phone repair store and they said it's a problem with the mother board. I have taken good care of the phone I don't know the the problem is and it's been only 2 years.
