Will you go to jail or get in a lot of trouble for shoplifting at waltmart?

My boyfriend and brother were together at waltmart and my brother decide to break a iPhone case and steal 3 of them. My boyfriend was next to him but he didn't had nothing on him. Officer knew that my boyfriend didn't steal nothing cause he didn't carry any item but in the paper they give to both of them they put he was carrying the iPhone cases they put the same thing as my brother. They have to go to court in a month. My boyfriend is 18 and my brother 17. We live in North Carolina. What could happened to them? IIm nervous and worry about them.

Why doesn't my volume on my iPhone work?

I want to backup my iphone onto my computer and i was wondering what is saved and what is not saved. And what happens when i restore my backup? Will it be exactly like my old phone? Will it save everything? Examples: contacts, photos, passwords, etc. I specifically want to know if my texts will all be saved. I've had some important conversations that i don't want to be deleted.

How to transfer videos from computer to iphone?

I took some videos of a concert the other day on my camera and I uploaded them on my computer. I want to get them on phone but I can't figure out how. I tried emailing it to myself but all the video does is upload to google drive, and I can't download it in my phone. ICloud doesn't work either, allowing me to save pictures but not videos. Someone please help me!
