Many of my family and friend had bought the bigger screen iPhone 6, iPhone 6s or the iPhone plus, but I still prefer the small screen of iPhone 5s. However, I have used my iPhone for 2 more years, and the phone become slower and slower, I don't know how to clean up my iPhone 5s, so as to free up a lot of space, anyone who can help me?
Almost all electronic products warranty only covers hardware.
For example, Iphones, laptop, pc and so on.
Whenever there's software crashes and no hardware fault. Customer keep insisting that warranty should cover it but well it doesn't.
How do we answer professionally to those smart minded customer who keep arguing about it?
My not even a month old iPhone 6s headphone jack isn't working. I will plug in my headphones and the sound isn't being played in the headphones and is still playing as it should without anything plugged in, I have tried other earbuds and headphones but they do the same. I don't know what i did but my phone won't even unlock now. All that pops up is 'slide to upgrade' and it won't let me slide it or power it off. I try to reset it through itunes but it says i need to put my iphone's passcode in my phone but i can't even get to that point, its like frozen on slide to upgrade. My mom got it to only power off once and it was like a completely brand new phone, it said Hello and then it told me to put in my internet password and all that but after i did, it went back to the lockscreen. Please help, how do i get my phone back without unlocking it or completely powering it off?
I'm currently running Cydia jailbreak (from Pangu) on iOS 8 iPhone 5c.
After installing Aeternum (from Cydia) and respringing, my iPhone will enter Safe Mode. While in Safe Mode, I ll go into Cydia, remove Aeternum, respring, and my iPhone will be back out of Sade Mode.

About three weeks ago, my iphone 6 fell in the toilet. I got it out about three seconds later and it was working but acting weird like not responding to the thumbprint unlock and getting out of apps but then it just turned off. Today, I tried again by plugging it into the charger and it looped the apple logo screen but turns off when I unplug it. I read to recover it in itunes but when it's plugged into the computer, it won't turn on or respond to any buttons I press. I have AppleCare and I got it a few months ago so I would have to pay 175 and I don't have that kind of money. What else could I do if it does't work, I just need a phone period.
So I have an iPhone 5s and I had a couple of pictures that I deleted yesterday. I also deleted them from my deleted pictures album so I can't recover them from there. I was wondering if there was any way I could get them back?
