I have an iPhone XR and I've noticed whenever I use Snapchat it's blurry majority of the time but when I use the camera app it's look perfectly fine, so I was just wondering is anybody else having the same issues

Unsure if its my phone port, battery, or charging cables thats the problem. Or something else. Basically when i try charging my phone with a brand new cable it works for the first day or so and then it starts becoming tempromental. It takes me about half hour to get it to start charging and if i move it at all it stops. This has happened with about 10 or more cables.
Does a USB 2.0 extender charge my phone off the 5v 1amp USB charger as fast as the usual lighting cable included with my iPhone?

Government phone, some call it an Obama phone. It isn't like it is an iPhone, it is a prepaid phone that does little more than make phone calls and it only gets 500 minutes a month! It is a cheap phone but a much needed help that is appreciated. If you aren't in the position to need this help be grateful instead of being jealous that a needy person is being helped.

This morning my iphone camera wouldnt work, so i decided to restart it to see if that would help which turned out to be a big mistake. Its just staying on a navy screen and not turning on no matter what i do. I've tried forcefully restarting it but holding the lock button, and it restarts it and shows the white screen with the apple logo before going back and getting stuck on the navy screen. The only reason i think this could be happening is that i dropped it in water around 2 weeks ago? Could this be late water damage, what should i do?
Added (1). update: i've tried plugging my phone into my laptop to factory reset it, but it won't even let me do that.
