So basically my mum got an ipad a while ago but she pretty much gave it to me to use, my brother asked if he could use it for a while so my mum let him and he ended up putting his icloud acc on it and then resetting it so now its activation locked.
He won't put in his password to unlock it because he 'doesn't remember it' and just brushes me off anytime i ask him to unlock it.

So my question is: is there any way to unlock it? Like can i call apple tech support and have them help or is there nothing i can do?
