What would be the best way to find someone who can make a quality-looking short film for low cost, such as finding someone who could even do so by using an iPhone? I've read that such was possible, but how could you even find someone with that type of talent who won't charge thousands to do it?

For a few years I've been paying for extra storage in my iCloud. I don't use the account much anymore because it is from when I was younger, but I still like to keep things on it like photos and such. I want to downgrade because I don't want to pay for something I don't use often, but I have too much storage to downgrade. I'm confused about this though. It says my photos take up 3.7 GB of space which is fine, but then it says my backups (which doesn't include photos, they are backed up separately) take up 4.9 GB of space which seems far too high. I shut off and deleted backups for almost everything, except for four apps. Those apps all together take up about 507 MB of space, not even a full GB, so I don't know why I don't have any space.
Despite reports that chromebooks can be used with USB printers, I have had zero luck with them over a number of attempts (if you have experience with a certain one that's proven to work, I'm all ears, by the way).
In any case, I'm currently bound to an area with extremely spotty Wi-Fi, at best, so before I go out and purchase a wireless printer, I wanted to know if it was even possible to link both my chromebook and wireless printer to my iPhone hotspot to print. Trips to the UPS store for printing are adding up, so any information as to the above would be much appreciated!

So I have an iPhone XR but I don't like how the lock screen turns on just from touching the screen, so how do I disable that feature?
I was distracted and I accidentally deleted a couple videos that got permanently deleted. Checked in the recently deleted files and it's still not there so I accidentally deleted them permanently. Is there any way to get them back? (That doesn't involve paying to download a recovering software)
I've owned several iphones before including iPhone 6,7 plus and XR and all of them seems really good for drawing especially 7plus cause of the pressure sensitivity even when using fingers. However it seems that the new iPhone 11 doesn't seem to have the pressure sensitivity for drawing. I know that it is possible to have that with pen but I prefer drawing using my fingers and I was thinking of purchasing the iPhone 11. Should I buy it or is it just going to be a downgrade for my drawings. I don't care about the other functions but the drawing capability of it.
HOW TO REMOVE SOME PICTURES FROM MY ICLOUD ON IPHONE 8?
I was out walking, took my iphone out my jacket pocket and it was disabled for 5 minutes. I didn't think much of it, I thought maybe I was accidentally pressing it in my pocket. Then after 5 minutes was up I typed my passcode in and it didn't work the phone was then disabled for 15 minutes?
I definitely didn't forget my passcode or change it as I've used the same for years. I've owned iPhones for over 5 years and this has never happened to me before. Is it a bug or has my iPhone possibly been hacked?
