Can you get an electric shock from a cracked iphone screen?

So I'm freaking myself out because in the past and most recently today I dropped my iphone and it cracked the screen and whenever I touch the crack parts of the screen I get a tiny electric shock. I then get a ringling feeling in my arms.

It doesn't help when I'm a diagnosed hypochondriac. So is what I'm experiencing normal?

Will giving my fiancée a hand-me-down iPhone lock the phone?

My fiancée has an older iPhone and I'm looking to change out my iPhone X. We're both on the same carrier (Vodafone) and I'm thinking about giving her my iPhone X as we've discussed this and she loves the idea of getting my phone. My question is how can we do this without the phone/SIM locking? I will reset the phone through iTunes and restore her information from a backup, take the SIM from my phone and put it in the new one, and take her SIM and put it in the iPhone X. Will this work?

Should I Buy this iPhone?

I want to buy a used iPhone 7 Plus off of eBay but it says it is blacklisted and ICloud Locked. What does this mean? If I put my SIM card in, Does that mean I will be able to use it like a regular phone I bought brand new?

Why do people care so much about what phone another person uses?

I use a flip phone, I'm not a really big tech person I don't really care what phone I have as long as it can call. I have a computer at home for the internet so it's all good but at work my coworkers always make fun of me for having a flip phone, this one girl who I work with is always calling me poor and she even offered to buy me the new iPhone which was probably a joke but whatever. They always tell me to get an iPhone but I just don't want one, i can't care less about cellphones. Why are people like this? It's dumb.
