When will the Apple Store worker call me to pick up my new iPhone 5c?

I want to know when will the apple store worker call me to pick up my new iPhone 5c, because the worker told me that I'm getting my old iPhone 5c replace to new iPhone 5c but an different color. Because my old iPhone 5c seem pretty damage and locked so, I'm getting new one. I went to apple store by Monday on Sept 1, 2014. Of course, I was exciting but waiting to get it when whoever call me to pick up. Please answer my question, thank you!

Can you go dead from loud music or too much music?

My friend says I will be deaf before the end of high school. I sometimes have to say what to people 2-3 times a day. Listen to music up all the way up with earbuds on iPhone. Only listen to it halfway this week.

Lifeproof doesn't give back SIM cards?

I sent my Iphone 5c (green) to lifeproofs water protection program. It was recently water damaged due to the case being damaged. It was gone for 4 weeks, and when it finally came back in the mail, it won't let me activate my phone because it has no sim?! I took out the sim slot and it turns out there was no sim inside. I sent it in with the sim receiving no information about loosing the sim. I tried to search and see if anyone else had this problem but no one did. I called lifeproof but it turned out that they are closed! I have to wait until tomorrow to call up again. I really need this phone for school and can anyone tell me how to bypass the no sim? Or will i get a free sim if i go back to verizon. Please I need answers As soon as possible.

I dropped my iphone 5 in water

So I dropped my iPhone 5 in water a few days and I put it in rice immediately for 3 days. I turned it on and it worked fine except on the screen you could see kind of a 'stain' on it that was always there but I ignored it and it worked for a day but then I forgot to charge it and it ran out of battery. So I charge it for a little while but it wouldn't turn on so I put it in rice for another day. Then I tried to charge it again after taking it out of the rice, but after hours of charging, the iPhone was really hot but it wouldn't turn on. And I unplugged and now it's just sitting there and I don't know what to do because I've never heard of this happening?

App Store won't let me download anything?

I tried to download a camera timer app, and the App Store wouldn't let me? My iOS is up to date and I have a iPhone 5c. At first I thought it was the app, but then I tried a couple of others, and when I pressed download it wouldn't work. I know the App Store had problems a day or two ago, but apparently they're fixed now? What's going on?
