Iphone camera only takes black pictures?

Recently I opened up my iPhone 4 running ios 7.1.2 to find that my camera will only take black photos. Both my iPhones front and rear camera are doing this. Reset My iPhone! Can't Call or Receive Calls! What's Wrong?

I have the iPhone 4S with 16 gigs. I Reset it and everything seems to be normal and I can text but when someone calls me it rings then goes to voicemail so I can't receive calls and when I call someone it doesn't ring it just says "calling" then hangs up. What do I do?

Should I switch to verizon wireless?

I'm wanting to get the iPhone 6. T-Mobile has it where it is uncontracted but you have to pay the full $700.

I don't get a new phone until like every 2 years. So wouldn't it be easier to switch to verizon because i would only have to pay $200 for new iPhone?

Opening A 2 year contract with T-mobile?

Soon I'm going to get an iPhone 5s with T-mobile when the iPhone 6 comes out (so they'll be cheaper). I'm only 18 and this is my first time ever having something open in my name. I know whenever you open a new contract they take your social security number to do a background check but the problem is I don't know how much I'll have to put down with a clean credit report. Maybe someone can give me an estimate? I prefer someone who did/does work at T-mobile. I'm trying to save up to get my phone because I know they'll go out of stock FAST when the 6 comes out but i don't know how much to save.
