Unresponsive iPhone 5s touchscreen?

It is not damaged in any shape way or form, I treat it like a baby. Am I covered? I can't even turn it off to reset it. Is this a common problem with the S's?

Do I delete every package on Cydia before deleting it, including the built in ones?

I have an out of service iPhone 4 my cousin gave to me, and I want to delete the jailbreak from it, because I'm aware that her (old) phone is very slow, and its more than likely the jailbreak. My question is, do I delete every single package before deleting Cydia, like the built in ones? Because I was working on it and I was about to delete one of them and it said something like: "Essential Package" and it gave me a choice Delete (unsafe) or keep (safe). I was just afraid I might mess up the phone before even using it if I don't delete the jailbreak correctly, because I've heard that deleting it incorrectly can lead to a brick. It runs iOS 5.1.1, and I want to update it to iOS 7.1.2. But I also read that it can brick up your phone if you try to update your iOS with jailbreak on it, and I don't want that to happen. (I'm not going to restore the phone, but I'm going to delete the Cydia Installer package). I watched tutorials on how to do them, and I know to delete every tweak/package, but they didn't make it clear, delete EVERY SINGLE ONE or just the ones you downloaded? Thank you guys, and please also tell me the ones not to delete.

Why isn't my tmobile iphone receiving calls?

Okay so recently in the past month or so my phone hasn't been receiving some of the calls it gets! My boyfriend calls me everyday and he says it will go straight to voicemail or keep on ringing or ring and just go beep beep beep! I did jailbreak it recently too! I think it was doing it just a little even before i jailbroke it but now its really bad! I'm getting a new phone soon but i want to know if its the phone or tmobile!

IMESSAGE IS NOT WORKING? STRAIGHT TALK?

I have an Iphone 5 from straight talk and I absolutely love it. The last few days imessage has not been working over 3G. Everything else works, apps, email, safari, just not imessage. I know straight talk secretly limits their data around 2gb, and I'm at 1.3 for the month and I add my service card next week. I want to know if it's my phone or if it's my 3g connection? Can someone please help!

Can sleep my dream scares me?

Hiya can someone please help me with this I mean I never had dream like this before and it has genuinely scared me! I'm scared to sleep!
Basically in reality how I sleep in me bed and watever I wore is same in dream! Including the position of me sleep!
But when I wake up in my dream my brother is in me bed sleeping so I get out me bed to wear some clothes but my dad appears in my bedroom but he's not my dad as in his eyes are sparking green (my dad has brown green eyes in reality) and he's smiling but as I tell him to get out I realized i'm shouting in my breath as in I can't speak and he just stands there nEar my door laughing! And then I say prayer and everything gets back to normal as my voice is returned (I don't know if I wake up or what) and no one is there! But I'm trying not fall sleep back but my eyes are shut and when I open them again there's someone standing in the same spot where my dad stood, again i'm trying to shout for my mum but I can't it felt like someone was holding me down as I couldn't move or anything! I couldn't speak

When I woke up in reality! I was shouting for my mum and for a sec I felt like I can't get up from my bed!
