I cracked my iphone 5c. I looked around on the internet and I read that the limited warranty doesn't cover accidental damage, which would umbrella over a cracked screen.
However, a few months ago, I dropped my phone and that caused the top left corner screen to pop out of the phone encasing. That was accidental damage but it was free to fix.
I have 600 pictures on my IPhone and it's saying I have 3.4 gb. I don't use iCloud either. I read awhile ago that you would have to jailbreak your phone, get a certain app, and then delete the "other" pictures that way but I was hoping there were other options.
Should I buy a refurbished iPhone 5?
Added (1). Due to limited budget on my part, should I buy a:
- refurbished Iphone in Sept; or
- Redmi Hongmi 1S at about US$190
- Asus Zenfone 5 at about $210?
Redmi is produced in China and sometimes retailers root it with much problems.
My sister keeps telling me not to get it, because she read on that internet that people don't like it as much as they like 5s.
I have heard some good and bad things about both from my friends, but I want to ask a variety of people before I pick.
Which one is better? Why? IPhone 5c or the iPhone 5s?

Is 8GB memory enough on an IPhone 5c?
I keep trying to turn my password off so I can use the touch ID, and all the settings look right, but when I turn it off and turn it back on, it just goes to a 4 digit password, or no password at all! It feels like i've tried everything, and I'm so frustrated!
I have gotten an iphone from a friend yesterday. I have yet to get it activated so i'm just using it on Wi-Fi for now. Turned it on connected it to my home Wi-Fi and had no issues smooth sailing. I later that night went out to eat and connected to the Wi-Fi at Friday's, the place we went to eat. It made me connect to their Wi-Fi and for every app that i opened like snapchat, twtitter instagram it opened what seemed to be a web browser page. And on the page it made me click accept to what seemed to just be a simple * agree to connect to our Wi-Fi etc. Etc.* so i did and again everything went fine i could use the Wi-Fi perfectly.
now the issue that i'm having is i came home and try to open twitter, instagram snapchat again and a message comes up saying
"Could not Connect" please check your connection and try again.
not sure if what i did at dinner last night with their Wi-Fi has anything to do with the issue i'm having now but it seems to be to much of a coincidence that i had no issues, do all that for their Wi-Fi come home and am now having issues. But i CAN use safari on the iphone but for EVERY website i attempt to go to while connecting to the webpage and before finishing brings up a message saying
"Can't Verify Server Identity" safari can't verify the identity of "www.google.com". Would you like to continue anyway?
with the options of Cancel, Details or Continue if i click continue it loads the page but what seems to be a broken version of the page i'm looking to connect to.
