My ipad, iphone, and 3DS can't connect to the Wi-Fi and they could just a few days ago but my laptop still can. When I try to connect to the Wi-Fi on my ipad a login page comes up that says either "itools.info" "captive.apple.com" "ibook.info" or something else at the top. If I press cancel it says I can "Use Without Internet" and if I then try to open a page on Safari it goes to Actiontec.
I listen to music in my room a lot and I thought it'd be nice to get a good speaker system, preferably under $100, but if it's really good, I'll consider over. I've been looking around online on amazon and youtube reviews and there's just So MANY options I have no idea which to get. Should I get one that's just a single speaker, or one with bluetooth speakers to put around my room sort of like surround sound? Which brands are reliable? I have an iPhone, so should I get one with a docking station? I listen to mostly rock and metal, so which specifications would I look for to get the best sound for that? I have no idea which one to get, what would you suggest and what tips do you have for me to help me pick out the right ones?

I recently bought an iphone 4s from a flea market from the owner of a stand. When i got home i wanted to reset and i didn't do so because since the previous owner was still signed in and i was afraid that itll lock completely and ask for the account info in order to activate it using my sim card so i didn't do so. I went back to the flea market and tried to find his stand but it has been about 3 weeks since i went and he wasn't there anymore i tried asking around other sellers in the area and they told me that sellers come and go so they don't really make friends with other sellers, is there a way to take off the icloud account in order for me to safely reset it?
