Accidentally pressed charges?

I'm a mother who accidentally pressed charges on my son for a stolen phone. I lent my son my phone and was driving him to the doctor. He left the car and began walking unexpectedly. I tried to find him and found him in the town we live in, 3 miles from the town he left the car in. He said he just wanted to walk him, and I was afraid he would get hit by a car becase I admit I over worry. I knew he was walking home, but a woman called the police when she saw me drive up to him on his way home. The police arrived shortly after. They refused to pick him up and take him home or to me and said they only way they would find him is if she pressed charges for the Iphone I lent him as larceny. I agreed out of fear. They arrested him for felony larceny, despite me having lent it to him with an agreed contract of return.

They arrested him and put him in a holding cell. Then they had me and him go to trial the next day for his arraighment, But he never stole the phone, it was lent and I had overreacted. I desperately want to drop the charges and end the trial because we have family issues the we personally need to tend to. I was told I could recant these charges, but don't know how. Please help me end this trial and recant my charges. I do not want to press charges or see him go to trial for a misunderstanding as I lent him the phone and he never stole it. Please advise me how to save my family.

How to create an Apple ID on an Iphone 3 if you don't use a credit card?

My phone got stolen so now I'm stuck with this thing and I just want to install Kik Messenger and Whatsapp, which are both free but they still want to know which credit card I use. It doesn't give me the option to use "clickandbuy" and it's frustrating because I don't even want to install an app that costs money!

I made an Apple ID online but when I logged in and installed Kik, I was redirected to the page where I have to choose my method of paying again.

Can I delete and replace everything on my iPhone?

Erased music by mistake? How to get back?

I used the "Erase all data and settings" on iphone, but forgot to transfer the music from the old phone into the new. Is there a way I can get it back? I do not have a music backup on my computer.

My Iphone speakers are stuck on headphones?

Ok so there's two problems really,

If i make a call or get a call, I will not hear the person unless I put it on speaker.
and if i raise the volume it says headphones.

and also, If I play music through the speakers, they will not work, I must use a pair of headphones to hear the music.

All this happened right now within the hour.
I was using my iphone speakers earlier just fine and made a phone call just like normally too. I'm not sure how to fix it. I tried plugging in my headphones and tried to clean out the headphone jack.

So the speakers work for only phone calls and the music works only with headphones.

How to delete a twitter account?

IPhone 5s won't respond to touch?

A few days ago, my iPhone 5s' screen stopped responding to touch.
It's not an all the time thing, but its frequent enough to become annoying.

I've only had it since May. And I have two year warranty on it but I don't want to send it off and be phoneless for god knows how long. (I sent an iPod away a few years back, and it took THREE WEEKS just to get it back and all it was getting was a new screen.)

I've tried restarting it and it works for a little while but then I have to jab the screen a million times. Its been to the point where it won't even unlock. The fingerprint unlock won't work either when it "freezes".

I want to avoid a hard reset as much as possible. But if I absolutely HAVE to I will.

We don't have an Apple store close to us (closest is an hour or two away), so taking it to the store will be only if necessary.
