So my brother has dropped his iPhone 4s multiple times and fell in the pool with it for a few seconds. It still works, but its jittery whenever he operates the keyboard. So I would like to know if its repairable software wise. And see how much the cost would be.

I've tried setting automatic off and it still doesn't work. I restored and updated it. The clock still doesn't work. It does this everywhere i go. Everytime i lock my phone, the time stays where it left off. Doesn't move.
