I'm a 17 year old female I'm 5'3 and I weigh 180 pounds. I consider myself to be very fat and I have very low self esteem. I want to change that though, I just don't know how to start. What kind of food should I eat? How much calories should I be consuming? Another thing is I really want to do exercise but I'm extremely self conscious about people seeing me run. I feel like if they see me running I will get laughed at since I'm fat and will be out of breath. I really want a new life style, a healthier one. I want to be happy, I want to stop being the fat girl with the pretty face, and I want to live a long life. I'm really scared that I'll start out doing awesome and just give up like I've done every time. This time I really want to stick with it my whole life, I just don't know where to start. I really need help. Can you guys give me advise at what time should I go for a run, like what time is there less people out side. Oh and how can I run and not give up when I feel tired? What kind of excersize can I do at home. Most importantly how can I make a life style change and not give up any more? I don't know I'm just rambleing off now lol thanks in advance I really appreciate any help I can get.
