16, female, 5'1, 110 pounds
i want to be 102-104 pounds
UNLESS i lose FAT, but gain MUSCLE weight
so how do i achieve this?
1. Should i follow a diet plan?
BUT my family won't go along with me. So… I don't know
i eat 5 meals a day, the first four are usually like veggies, protein bars, trail mix, wraps, salads, eggs, fruit, sometimes yogurt, peanut butter, breakfast stuff… Etc.
2. How much should i work out?
once i'm finished my exams, (because i have so much studying and homework) i'm going to start the Nile+ Training Club Get Lean Intermediate program (NTC app on iphone) it consists of 3 runs, 3 strength workouts and 1 yoga day. Will this help me lose fat and gain some muscle?
3. Are there any things i should be doing to help me lose weight?
4. How do i stay motivated and keep self control?
